Wellness Nurse
This position provides a complex range of nursing/counselling services including screening, triage, assessment, treatment, case coordination and harm reduction services to clients of BRT6HC who require addictions support. They are responsible for working collaboratively with the case manager ensuring the health of clients of BRT6HC addictions program and the provision of related mental, physical health support, as well as harm reduction services.
Maternal Child Health Worker
Grounded in First Nation culture and values and drawing on personal strengths and traditions of families, the Maternal Child Health Worker (MCHW) will support cultural pre- and post-natal care, traditional parenting support and practices, breastfeeding education, participation in ceremonies, land-based activities and FASD education and support. The MCHC will report to the Director of Community Based Health Services.
Human Resources Specialist
The Human Resources Specialist will work under the direction and supervision of the Director of Finance and Personnel within the Finance and Operations Department, and is responsible for implementing HR policies, practices and programs which contribute to meeting the HR outcomes of Battle River Treaty 6 Health Centre.
Finance Officer
The Finance Officer will work under the direction and supervision of the Director of Finance and Personnel within the Finance and Operations Department, and is responsible for providing financial support and assisting in the management of the financial function for Battle River Treaty 6 Health Centre Inc. The Finance and Operations Department are responsible for ensuring an efficient and effective administrative support system for the operations of Battle River Treaty 6 Health Centre Inc. therefore the Finance Officer will be expected to work in a team environment.
Child Care Worker
Under the supervision of the Day Care Director; the Childcare Worker will provide support to children from ages 3 months to 12 years of age and their families to support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social developments of children in the day care program.
Permanent Full Time Dental Therapist or Dental Hygienist/Dental Program Supervisor
Six Step Competitive Salary Grid: $85,285.20 - $101,301.20 **This position follows the school based dental program-10 Months of the School Year** The Dental Therapist or Dental Hygienist/Dental Program Supervisor works under the direct supervision of, and reports to the Healthy Families Program Director, on the operation, management, and evaluation of the BRT6HC dental program. This position will be a combination of both supervisor of the dental program as well as hands-on dental therapist or dental hygienist. In collaboration and in consultation with the Director, this position provides supervision for the dental program staff, and, in addition provides clinical dental services in the role of Dental Therapist or Dental Hygienist as required for the dental program.
