Finance Related Responsibilities and Duties include the following but are not limited to:
- Manage and maintain accurate records for all daily transactions, code, record, for payment processing.
- Process and maintain purchase order system.
- Manage and maintain accurate log sheets for Jordan's Principle applications.
- Manage and maintain the vehicle log sheets.
- Filing
Human Resources related responsibilities and duties include the following but are not limited to:
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, files and periodic audits all employee personnel files.
- Completing the record of leaves for the Finance and Operations department.
- Contributes to the successful delivery of Human Resources functions through the company's values.
Qualifications:
- Minimum grade twelve diploma or equivalent
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office package; including Microsoft Teams (experience with Sage300 would be considered an asset)
- Demonstrating a high level of confidentiality
- Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of traditional First Nation values, beliefs, and healing approaches and a willingness to learn about and accept First Nation cultures.
- A successful criminal record check and a valid driver’s license

Six Step Salary Range: Step One $43,934.80 to Step Six $52,161.20
