Battlefords Family Health Centre is a designated primary health services site, and is a non-profit corporation owned and operated by Battle River Treaty 6 Health Centre Inc in operation since February 2000. BFHC is a partnership between Battle River Treaty 6 Health Centre Inc and Saskatchewan Health Authority.

BFHC strives to coordinate and integrate existing services from a variety of agencies to provide holistic, accessible health care. Programs are open to all residents of the Battlefords community.
Clinical Services:
Physicians and a nurse practitioner provide a broad range of services to individuals and families with a focus on prevention, early detection and by connecting patients to other services in the community. Services are accessed by appointment, with same day appointments available. With a focus on holistic care, BFHC has several teams who work in a collaborative care model. The clinical team consists of family physicians, a nurse practitioner, an RN, a mental health counselor, and visiting professionals that can include diabetes nurses, dietician, and infectious disease doctor.
