Battle River Treaty 6 Health Centre and Battlefords Family Health Centre works from a harm reduction perspective and integrates harm reduction into all its services, as part of its comprehensive health services. BRT6HC and BFHC partners with the Saskatchewan Health Authority on several initiatives including provision of harm reduction supplies, harm reduction outreach van, Naloxone kits distribution, mental health and addictions supports, and education/supports on safer substance use, addiction, mental health, and training for service providers.  Harm reduction is grounded in working alongside the community and being client centred.
